Summer Camp FAQ

Launch Summer Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy: 30+ DAYS NOTICE:  NO PENALTY; 14-29 DAYS NOTICE:  20% OF RESERVATION FEE; 6-14 DAYS NOTICE 50% OF RESERVATION FEE; 5 OR LESS DAYS NOTICE:  NO REFUND. We will work with guests on rescheduling for another camp week where available with no penalty. No refunds or compensation for individual days not able to attend.

At Launch we combine awesome activities, interactive games, and crafts into an action packed 4-8 hr experience for your child.  "We do more than just jump", we do activities that focus on teamwork, being kind to others, and using proper manners.  Of course the kids have some "free range" time, but our interactive scavenger hunts and our own version of Jeopardy add to what makes our camp so unique by combining entertainment and learning in one great camp.  

All camp counselors pass a background certification and are there solely for your campers and not involved in any other non camp job duties.  With a 10-1 ratio max per counselor, in addition to our camp director, we can assure you, your kiddos are in good hands.  

Whole Day Session:  For a whole day session, guests may book both the morning and afternoon session for their child.  This can be done for a single day, or for a full week.  Please note on the full day sessions, children will be able to have a supervised lunch from 12-1pm.  Lunch is not provided, but campers can choose to bring a lunch or purchase lunch through our cafe.
