For general admission: All jump ticket purchases are final. They are non-refundable or transferable. For parties and groups: 50% deposit due at time of party or group event booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled party.
