All gift cards purchased online must be redeemed in store and turned into a physical gift card before you are able to make online purchases with it. Physical gift card will not be mailed out. If the gift card does not work when making an online purchase, the gift card can only be used for an in-store purchase.

Pass only valid during designated toddler time hours. Card includes 10 visits (passes) with no expiration date. Each "pass" is good for one adult and one child under the age of 5 admission to designated toddler time. Additional age appropriate siblings or additional parents are one additional "pass" each. Ex. 2 children, 2 adults all jumping =2 passes

For general admission: All jump ticket purchases are final. They are non-refundable or transferable. For parties and groups: 50% deposit due at time of party or group event booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled party.

 

Save a Tree! It is not necessary to print your confirmation email for your reservation, but please present your Photo ID and Credit Card used at time of purchase when checking in.
